Madame Fromager’s Adventures in Cheese Virtual Book Talk & Cheese Tasting
November 16 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
The David M. Hunt Library will present a virtual book talk and cheese tasting on Thursday, November 16th at 5 pm. The event will be hosted by Tenaya Darlington, a cheese expert, journalist, and educator who has been blogging about cheese for a decade under the name Madame Fromage. Her new book, Madame Fromage’s Adventures in Cheese: How to Explore It, Pair It, and Love It, from the Creamiest Bries to the Funkiest Blues, celebrates all things curd.
Join Tenaya for how-tos on choosing, storing and pairing cheese, tips to create great cheese boards and stories from her own cheese journey. We’ll taste a few cheeses together and discuss their production, taste and how to use them. Books are available to order online through Oblong Books. Register for this class here.
