The David M. Hunt Library will host a pickling workshop on Tuesday,  October 10th at 3 pm. Taught by Adamah Farm and Fellowship apprentice Hannah Fine, this workshop will explore the traditional pickling process of lacto fermentation. Participants will make their own jars of sauerkraut and kim chi using produce grown at Adamah Farm in Falls Village. Registration is required for this program, as there are limited spots available.
