2nd Saturday Qigong

Join Gayle Pantaleo for Qigong from 9-10 am the second Saturday of the month. Qigong is an ancient Chinese system of gentle movement, breath and meditation which benefits mind, body, emotions and spirit. A regular qigong practice can bring about a deep state of relaxation and inner peace.
This is a six month program. Each session costs $15. Please call the library to register.
