The David M. Hunt Library in Falls Village CT will host Augustfest in the Village on Sunday August 13th, from 4 to 6PM.  Held outdoors on the library’s shady lawn, this fundraiser will feature grilled brats from Nodines, craft beers from Norbrook Farm Brewery, hot pretzels from The Falls Village Inn, a silent auction, and live music by Kane Clawson with Country Jam.  A vegetarian option and lemonade will also be served, and each guest will receive a limited-edition Hunt Library cup. Silent auction items include a quilt from John Robshaw textiles, a private scenic plane ride and picnic for two over the Berkshires, tickets to the Phoenix Open, three nights in a spacious apartment in New York City’s Upper West Side and many more great items.   This event was a big success last year and is the perfect open-air occasion to get out and catch up with your Falls Village community neighbors and friends.  Tickets are $30; $5 for children under 12. Tickets are available to purchase at the door.
