Lost / Damaged Materials
Patrons are financially responsible for the loss or damage of library materials. A replacement may be purchased by the patron with prior approval from the library or a replacement fee will be issued.
Library materials may be returned when the library is closed by placing them in the book drop box located at the main entrance. These items will be checked in on the next library business day.
We will endeavor to find any library materials you like through inter-library loan from other Connecticut libraries provided they are willing to lend them. Many libraries will not inter-library loan new titles (less than 1 year old) or DVDs.
Hunt Library has several E-readers containing a diverse selection of titles available for a two week loan period with 1 renewal. Visit the circulation desk for details.
Computers, iPads & WiFi
We have three laptops available for in-house use by the general public, as well as an Apple Mac book and three iPads. Usage is only limited to 20 minutes when there are people waiting to use the computers. The library offers free Wi-Fi during open hours for those who have their own internet devices or who are using library-provided iPads which can be retrieved at the front desk. iPads are for in-house use only and may not be checked out.

Printing and photocopying are available (both color and black and white) at $1.00 per page.
